Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and vorka.run (“vorka.run”, “we”, “us”) when you create an account or use the service. If you do not agree, do not use vorka.run.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The service

vorka.run creates running plans, imports activities from services you connect, and provides automated coaching suggestions. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Third-party integrations depend on those providers and may be unavailable without notice.

Fitness and health disclaimer

vorka.run is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Training and AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate and cannot account for every injury, condition, environment, or risk. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise program. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, illness, or warning symptoms. Do not use vorka.run where human life or safety depends on the service.

Your content and instructions

You retain rights in information you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service and follow your connected-service instructions. You confirm that you have the right to provide that information and to send it to any service you direct us to use.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown during checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Settings; App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise, and access remains subject to the usage allowance shown in the product. Payments and refunds are handled by Stripe or Apple according to their checkout terms and applicable consumer law.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, its terms and privacy policy also apply. You authorize vorka.run to receive or send the categories of data shown during connection until you disconnect it.

If a Garmin Connect integration is approved and enabled, Garmin is an independent third party, not a sponsor or endorser of vorka.run. Garmin services, devices, interfaces, and device-sourced data are provided without warranties from vorka.run or Garmin to the fullest extent the law allows. Do not remove source attribution from Garmin-sourced or derived data, exports, or shared views. Your use of Garmin Connect remains subject to Garmin’s own terms and privacy notices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service; break laws or others’ rights; access another person’s account or data; probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass service protections; upload malicious material; or use vorka.run to harm, harass, monitor, or deceive anyone. Report suspected abuse through Support.

Ownership

vorka.run and its software, design, and content—excluding your content and third-party materials—belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users or systems, comply with law, address misuse, or discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost data, lost profits, or harm caused by reliance on training guidance or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to info@vorka.run.
